YR系列大型三相異步電動機是按照GB755-2000《電機基本技術要求》和JB2223-77《大型三相異步電動機技術要求》制造，本系列電機運用先進的現代生產技術，經過精心設計，使得該系列電機的主要性能指標均高于部頒標準?！　?/span>

　　YR系列電機可作為軋鋼機、卷揚機、水泵、風機、壓縮機、球磨機等的原動機使用，適用于電網容量小或所需起動轉距大的場所，以改善起動性能。該系列電機為鋼板焊接機座，臥式結構。電機采用F級級絕緣等級。轉子線圈采用銅條外包F級絕緣材料，線圈之間及線圈與導電排之間的焊接均采用銀銅焊，以保證電機運行的可靠性。電機一般制成單軸伸，根據用戶需要可制成雙軸伸。電機旋轉方向可任意選定，但不可往復運轉或反接制動。

　　YR series three phase large induction motor is manufactured according to GB755-2000《The basic motor technical demand》and JB2223-77《Three phase induction Large motor technical demand》. Careful design and advanced producing technology make the main performance index of this series motor higher than departmental standard.

 　　YR series motor could be as prime motor used in rolling mill, windlass, pump, fan, compressor, ball mill and so on.In order to improve starting performance, it is suitable for the places which the power grid capability is small or need large starting torque. The motor frame is welded steel plate structure and horizontal type. The motor insulation class is F. Rotor winding use cooper bar wrapped with F class insulation materials, all the weld of the windings or between winding and conducting bars is used silver brazing to insure the running reliability.

　　The motor is usual single extension, but also can be changed to double extensions according to customer request. The direction of motor is CW or CCW, but don’t run to and from or plug braking.
